The Fall Share 

10 weeks long. Vegetables to be included the last of the Summer vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, peppers, eggplant, beans), storage crops (potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, rutabaga, winter squash, garlic) & Fall hardy vegetables (brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, greens, radish, turnips)

The season starts the week of October 2, 2018 and ends the week of December 4, 2018. This will be a self service pick-up. Fall shares tend to be heavier with more choices at the beginning and smaller with less choice toward the end. Your share will be set up market style. You will take your share items home with your own bag, box or cooler.

The Fall Share – Actual Distributions for 2017

Week 1: 2 lbs of sweet peppers, 1 lb of red or purple potatoes, 1 delicata squash, 1 garlic, 1 bunch of braising greens, 1 bunch of fresh onions,1  head of lettuce, 1 bag of baby greens (arugula or tatsoi), 1 bunch of greens (kale, chard or brussel sprout), 1 bunch of herbs (cilantro, rosemary, chives or oregano), 1 bunch of roots (beets, radish or salad turnips), free choice hot peppers

Week 5: 2 lbs of potatoes(purple, red or yellow), 1 winter squash (delicata, buttercup or acorn), 2 garlic, 1 lb of onions (red or yellow), 1 bunch of greens (kale or brussel sprout), 1 bag of roots (carrots or daikon radish), 1 large kohlrabi.

Week 10:  2½ lbs of red & green onions, 2 lbs of garlic (10-12 heads), 2-5 lb bags of potatoes (red, yellow or fingerling), 1 lb of carrots.
