Baby Turnip Sauté
1 Tablespoon of oil, I used toasted sesame but any oil will do
baby turnip greens, smaller turnip roots left whole larger & turnip roots cut in half
2 stalks of green garlic, sliced thin
5 radishes, sliced thin
liquid, I used cooking sherry but water or broth will work
Heat oil over medium heat. Add green garlic, radishes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add turnip greens laying flat on top of garlic and radishes. Sprinkle the top with soy sauce and let sit about 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Add liquid to just cover the bottom of the pan. Cook stirring until liquid reduces by half.
Serve over noodles or eat as is. I served mine over radish micro-greens.
